This SPA centre was built on a human scale (max 60 clients can have hydrotherapy per day).

This SPA offers many different treatments, all of them provided with much professionalism.

Hydrotherapy treatments: jet shower (10 minutes), alga wrap (20 minutes), sea minceral muds wrap (20 minutes), pressothérapy (20 minutes), affusion shower (15 minutes), whirlpool bath with seaweeds (20 min), multiple jets shower (20 min), footbath and hand bath (10 min), underwater shower (25 min), seaweed therapy (20 min), cryotherapy (20 min).

Relaxation treatments: stretching or limbering up exercises (25 min), gymnastics in swimming pool (25 min), underwater jet sprays (15min, rehabilitation in swimming pool (25 min), Qi Gong (exercises of relaxation and breath based on Chinese methods): 45 min, oxygenate (exercises of gymnastics and breath to eliminate toxin): 30 min.

Massages: toning massage (25 min), rotating massage (45 min), relaxation (25 or 50 min), Abhyanga (ayurveda massage): 50 min, Vishesh (ayurveda massage): 50 min, anti-cellulite (25 min), manual affusion, shower with 4 hands (25 min), manual lymphatic drainage (45 min), foot reflexology (45 min), Cellu M6 (35 min), facial therapy (45 min).

There are other massages provided in special programmes which are not available a la carte: light legs, sea and rehabilitation.

The SPA Castel Thalasso supplies you gracefully bathrobes, towels, bathing caps and sandals of thalassotherapy. You only have to bring your own swimsuit.

Optional in every cure, the module « know yourself »: a one hour session of psychotherapy to perpetuate the effects of your SPA vacation.

Belle Ile en Mer Castel Clara

The place : Belle Ile en Mer (“Beautiful Island in the sea in English) is a magnificent and wild island situated in the Atlantic Ocean, 45 minutes of boat away from Quiberon (20 minutes with a fast boat). Belle-Ile, which rightly so bears this name, boasts small picturesque ports nested between rocks, and varied landscapes. The 30 sq miles of the island and its 62 miles of rocky coasts indented by the sea and its small creeks of sand are an invitation to relaxation. Come and find this wild nature which imparts you its energy. Hotels and residences : In hotel's bar, you can taste at any time of the day, soothed by the piano or in the shade of a parasol, home made hot chocolates, original cocktails, and consult the Single Malt list to find what you fancy.

Hotel "Castel Clara"
The Castel Clara hotel is a Relais & Chateaux hotel : an excellent value for money, directly connected with the SPA. Located in the centre of the Goulphar bay, its sophisticated, soothing and varied decoration is very tasteful. 39 rooms are original and very far from the concept of chain hotel. Wood, wicker and fabrics melt in a sophisticated patchwork. Besides, the Castel Clara hotel is very sunny: it is a real invitation to evasion, in a setting of the end of the world.

The various rooms proposed are:

Sea side: room with terrace, bathroom and toilets, television, mini bar, mini safe.

Earth side: room with bathroom and toilets, television, mini bar, mini safe.

Chamber with garden side lounge: two rooms, room and lounge, bathroom, toilets, television, mini bar, mini safe.

Also, the Castel Clara proposes you 3 suites:

Suite 134: a sea side room with terrace, a duplex room, a bathroom and toilets, a television combined with a video recorder, a CD player, a safe, a mini bar.

Suite 123: a room with sea sight with terrace, a lounge - office, a bathroom and toilets, , a television combined with a video recorder, a CD player, a safe, a mini bar.

Suite 149: a room with sea sight with terrace, a lounge - office, a garden side room with terrace, 2 bathrooms and toilets, a television combined with a video recorder, a CD player, a safe, a mini bar.



You can also stay in apartments with sea or garden sight: two interconnecting or duplex rooms, a bathroom, toilets, television, mini bar, and terrace for flats facing the sea.

Additional bed: 30 € a day, dog in your room: 10 € a day, breakfast in your room: 15 €, tourist tax of 1 € per person and per day (indicative fare).

Restaurants : Restaurant "Castel Clara"
The Restaurant, with its yellow and blue colours, and its magnificent terrace, will propose you delicious meals, mainly seafood dishes. Lobsters with sweet spices and shells, stewed turbot or roasted sea bream with lime will delight your taste buds.

Sports et leisures : In the Castel Clara hotel: outdoor sea water swimming pool warmed at 28°C, two tennis courts, cardio-training room, car and bicycle rental, sea tours aboard a sailboat, tourist excursions with guide.

In the surroundings: visit of the Citadel of Vauban, visit of the 4 villages (Le Palais, Bangor, Locmaria and Sauzon), the Big Lighthouse, the bird sanctuary of Koh-Kastell, the House of Nature, bike rides (124 mi of small roads) or hiking (52 mi of coastal paths reserved for walkers), sailing, surfing, body board, boats rental, discovery of Belle-Ile on horseback or in calash, 11 tennis courts, riding schools, scuba diving, veil(sail), windsurfing board, sea kayak, bird sanctuary, visit of caves, sea fishing, visit of the island by plane with the flying club of Belle Ile.

The golf: the Golf-Club of Belle-Ile-En-Mer has 13 holes, aming which the famous hole n°2 with its green put on a cliff surrounded by the sea. Driver or iron 8 according to winds and to your shape will be necessary to reach it. The golf is implanted on the headland of the Poulains, in the Northwest of Belle-Ile.

Sea esxcursions, aboard Orene, from Lorient: just for a day or to extend your stay, discover this fast, luxurious and comfortable sailboat of 42 feet. You can learn about navigation aboard, (use of instruments, manoeuvre in a fresh breeze, regulations, mooring, night navigation, identification of lighthouses and markers). Also you may simply choose to sail, together with the skipper and his wife: experienced team member as well as skilled chef.

Program of this escapade of an afternoon or several days: Belle Ile, Houat, Hoëdic, the bay of Quiberon, La Trinité sur Mer, the Morbihan Gulf, the island of Yeu, La Rochelle, the Charente. In the North, the island of Groix, the river of Belon, Bénodet, The Glénans, the river of Odet: all the treasures of the Atlantic Ocean will open to you. You will discover another pace of life, on a reliable ship as well as safe and comfortable.
